Hi, I’m Marie.

A Project Manager by trade, I spent 10 years in the legal, tech, and finance industries, working for small, medium, and publicly traded companies in New York City. When COVID-19 hit, I traded my 3rd-floor walk-up for a 3-unit multi-family investment property in Mystic, Connecticut.

In 6 months I renovated all 3 units, put them on the rental market, and built a short-term rental business with a 90% occupancy rate in one year. Through the process, Rie & Co. was born.

I hold a bachelor’s degree from The University of Connecticut and studied Interior Design at The New York Institute of Art + Design.
